- 2 years of college education or equivalent experience in music, guitar, and(or) piano.
- Proficient on the piano and(or) guitar.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a desire to support Tomorrow’s Tone curriculum with a friendly and confident demeanor.
- Attend all training opportunities.
- Understand and embrace the values of the Special Needs Community.
- Background Check, live scan, and TB test.

- Planning and directing music for the annual Christmas and Spring Program.
- The safety and well-being of assigned students.
- Classroom behavior management in accordance with Tomorrow’s Tone philosophy.
